A veteran of operations abroad (MND CS Iraq 2005 and 2006, ISAF Afghanistan 2010), where he served as a civilian advisor to the commander of the Multinational Division Center South for economic development and a specialist for the development of local government structures in the Provincial Reconstruction Team (Eng. PRT). Member of the city authorities of Gdynia - Councilor of the District Council for the 2003-06 term, Councilor and Chairman of the District Council in the years 2007-2010 and 2011 - 2014. In the years 2006-2012 associated with the Tri-City IT business. Founder and active member of non-governmental organizations. President of the Association of Security Studies and Analyzes and Vice-President of the Association of the Academic Legion of Riflemen of the Sea Naval Academy and a founding member of the Polish Water Rescue Federation. Instructor and lifeguard of Water Rescue, Instgruktor BLS and AED.
