1. Two independent reviewers (from the list of the IHP reviewers) are appointed to review each publication. Third reviewer can be appointed if the case is justified (e.g. contradiction of the reviewers’ conclusions).

A journal of a annualy character devoted to the broadly understood issues of international humanitarian law of armed conflicts. Individual numbers correspond with the theme of the annual National Scientific Conference on International Humanitarian Law, organized by the Naval Command and Operations Department of the Naval Academy in Gdynia and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Gdańsk.

  1. Do oceny każdej publikacji powołuje się co najmniej dwóch niezależnych recenzentów (z Listy recenzentów MPH). W uzasadnionych przypadkach (np. sprzeczność wniosków recenzentów) może być powołany trzeci recenzent.
  2. W przypadku tekstów powstałych w języku angielskim, co najmniej jeden z recenzentów jest afiliowany w instytucji zagranicznej innej niż narodowość autora dzieła.
