From the 27th of April to the 01st of May 2019 The Italian Naval Academy in Livorno organised International Sailing Week. On that occasion, the team representing our Academy took part in the races among other 26 national representations. In the result of 27 races, our team won second place loosing championship by only 1 point. Despite unfriendly weather and sea conditions our team composed of: skipper - midship. Anna Żelazna, crewmembers: midship.Paula Kamińska, midship. Tomasz Bogdański were actively fighting for the best place supported by the coach Katarzyna Tylińska and manager of the team cmdr Piotr Bekier.

Besides the sport dimension, the visit to the Italian Navy Academy was a very good opportunity for experiences exchange among Polish and Italian midshipman.
